Save and Load Reports

Save a Permissions Report

  • Any Permissions Report can be saved to either a local built-in database or a MS SQL Server.

  • Click on the Disk symbol near the Show Users dropdown box to save the current report.

  • You can otionally encrypt the content of the database tables.

Load a Permissions Report

  • The first tab in Permissions Report shows all saved reports.

  • Double click or select Load from context menu on any entry to load the data.

  • Start in folder tree and

  • Or select Show Saved Reports from any folder in Folders View, if exists.

  • Or you will find all saved reports of a specific folder in tab Saved Reports at the bottom.
