# Exclude Built-in Groups

1. Open **Settings** and locate the **Configuration** tab.
2. Within the section **Excluded Active Directory Groups**, click the **Excluded Built-In Groups** button.
3. By default all built-in groups are exluded.
4. Toggle the checkbox of any built-in group to include or exclude from scanning.
5. Close the list by clicking **OK**.
6. Finally, click **Save** in the **Settings** window to apply the changes you made.
